Rolando joined USConnect in June 2018 at its Livingston, Texas, location. In his role as a Network Technician, Rolando is responsible for connecting our customers to the internet world. Whether it’s troubleshooting, maintenance, repair or the installation of new services and equipment,Rolando is up for the challenge in an effort to ensure the customer is properly served. When asked what is his favorite part about his role, Rolando says it is connecting customers to our services and helping them get the most out of their technology.

Rolando has been married to his wife, Heather, for five years, but they have been together for seven. He has two sons, Jason (12) and Ashton (6). Rolando also has a pitbull named Opie. Outside of work, Rolando loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys working out, riding his Harley and working
around the house. When Rolando catches some free time, he volunteers at the Onalaska Fire Department.
